Shipping policy

A confirmation message will be sent to you prior to delivery. You will be asked to confirm that you are available at a certain time slot. An SMS will be sent to your phone number that has a link to share your location. Our driver will contact you once your order is picked up and he/she may ask you for extra directions.

If you have confirmed your availability but weren't able to receive your order for any reason, please contact us on 079 713 9204. Extra delivery fees may apply.
